YOUTH AND FAMILY DIRECTOR / PASTOR

Position Title: Youth and Family Director / Pastor

Hours: Full-Time (40 hrs/week)

Reports to: Associate Pastor

Location: Hope Fellowship Church, Jaffrey, New Hampshire

Overview
Hope Fellowship Church in Jaffrey, NH, is seeking a dedicated and deeply relational individual to fill the pivotal role of Youth Director/Pastor. This comprehensive position encompasses the spiritual guidance and leadership of our key ministries, ranging from the foundational children's programs, through the formative middle school and high school years, and extending to the crucial development of our young adult community. We are seeking someone who possesses a genuine passion for nurturing faith in the next generation and building strong, meaningful relationships with both our youth and their families. This role is integral to our church's mission of fostering a supportive and engaging environment where young people can grow in their understanding of Christ, develop their spiritual gifts, and become active contributing members of our church family and the wider community.
